Ladies Hip Hop Classes every Sunday 1.15 - 2.15pm
If you like the pulsing rhythm of Hip Hop but prefer the more girly and sexy style (as opposed to manly), try our Ladies Hip Hop today. Wear pants and a T-shirt that allow for easy body movement for class and track shoes, be prepared for a good workout!
Class starts with a warm up every week, followed by a session on Ladies Hip Hop techniques and a short choreography applying those techniques to your dance.
